         Vinh University has 17 undergraduate training faculties, 01 postgraduate training faculty, 01 High School for gifted students, 18 administrative divisions and centers, 8 centers for research, training, consultancy and student service.

The direction board includes distinguished intellectuals presided by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Excellent teacher Nguyen Ngoc Hoi, the eighth president of Vinh University.
