Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoi, President of Vinh University, signed the announcement on base point for student enrolment in academic year 2009-2010 as follow:
- Standard point for recruitment zone 3, high school students, 01 point other candidates, 0.5 for other recruitment zone.
- Coefficient 2 for foreign language examination in Section D1.
- Coefficient 2 for Aptitude examination in Section T; base point for two other subjects must be 5 points and above.
- Base point for Aptitude subject in section M must be 4 and above.
- Standard point for student enrolment for address-based training:
+ For all majors based on the 1st option with the Standard point of 17 and above: recruitment point is 1.5 point less than the Standard point.
+ For all majors based on the 1st option with the Standard point of 16.5 and below: recruitment point is 1 point less than the Standard point but this recruitment point has to be equal or above to the base point promulgated by the Ministry of Education and Training.
