Authorized by the Ministry of Education and Training on address-based regular undergraduate training of academic year 2009-2010 in every course registered in the guide: “Necessary information about enrolment of academic year 2009-2010” and two new courses: Land Management (section A (mathematics, physics and chemistry) – Code: 205), Forest resources and Environment Management (section B (mathematics, chemistry and biology) – Code: 307).
Conditions of application:
- Concerns which have personnel training needs, after getting distributed quota from Vinh University have to make a large announcement in media.
- Consideration to the second option chosen by candidates of University entrance examination of academic year 2009-2010 based on required exam section of different courses, the outcome must be:
+ Courses of which the checkpoint of the first option is from 17.0 accept the checkpoint of the second option less than 1,5 point as the first option.
+ Courses of which the checkpoint of the first option is 16.5 and above accept the checkpoint of the second option less than 1,0 point as the first option and the second checkpoint has to be equal or higher than reference point regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Candidates have to apply directly for desired courses in required organizations. The application includes: Certificate of University entrance examination result (original), Engagement on training and employment issues with these organizations attested by their parents and signed and sealed by the head of these organizations (two handwritten copies).
- Applying time is from August 25 to September 10, 2009 (based on postal seal).
Tuition fee and other expenses
- Application fee (under the regulation of the Ministry of Education and Training).
- Admission fee (noted in the certificate of university entrance examination result).
- Tuition fee (under the regulation of the Ministry of Finance on regular undergraduate training). This fee is paid for 10 months at once.
Priority’s conditions
- The priority is given to students during their studies.
- Brilliant students will be a scholarship according to the agreement between Vinh University and organizations in charge.
Place of training and degree award
- Training courses are given at Vinh University
- After courses, graduate students will be awarded regular training degree.
