Vinh University’s representatives officially decided to establish four new divisions and to nominate the Director of Vinh University’s divisions for the term 2010-2015 on November 4, 2010.  Before the ceremony, the General Director and the Directors of the different divisions went to Traditional House (house of nature-worship cults of late Vinh University’s teachers and staff) in memory of their deceased predecessors.

Based on the resolution by the executive board of communist party committee on November 29, 2010, the president of Vinh University decided to establish the following new divisions: Center for Distance Learning and Enterprise Relations, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Education, and Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications. The president also decided to nominate the heads and deputies of Vinh University’s divisions for the term 2010-2015.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Dinh Xuan Khoa, member of provincial communist party committee,secretary of Vinh University’s communist party committee, president of Vinh University, recommended new division leaders and staff to increase their ability and competence to develop Vinh University as a leading university in Vietnam in particular, and in the world in general.
