Pursuant to the diplomatic notes No 13-1442 on June 25, 2009 and No 13-1657 on July 10, 2009 by Russian Educational institutions on student recruitment result in scholarship program granted by Russian Government for academic year 2009-2010. 22 students are accepted to do undergraduate course in Russia in 6 years for all courses and 7 years for medical and pharmaceutical courses by Russian institutions according to information by The Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training. The tentative time for admission is scheduled for September. Candidates whose names are not listed are under the consideration of Russian institutions. The result of additional admissions will be informed in late July or early August 2009.
