Vinh University solemnly held the opening of 18^th Master course and degree awarding ceremony. The training activities at Vinh University mark a strong development in both training scale and quality. Since 1993, Vinh University has trained 17 Master courses and opens the 18^th with 1,077 students at three campuses Vinh University, Sai Gon University (in cooperative program) and Dong Thap University (in cooperative program). With the improvement of its quality of training and teaching methods,  Vinh University is home to students who desire to build professional skills and deep specialized knowledge.

At the same time, the ceremony of degree awarding to 10 doctors and 566 masters was held. This number of graduates has been greatest in the history of postgraduate education at Vinh University since 1993. The direction board of Vinh University appreciated the efforts and responsibility of Graduates Faculty regarding the improvement of training quality.
